STIR

Sticky Chai well to evenly distribute the honey

MEASURE

1 heaped tablespoon per cup into a milk jug/saucepan

COVER

with a little hot water from the coffee machine/kettle

 ADD

milk of your choice, enough for a latte 

HEAT

to just below boiling with steamer wand / on stovetop

STEEP

for a couple of minutes on the bench

 

STRAIN

into a cup or glass

SWEETEN

to taste with a little sugar or honey if desired. Enjoy!
