The Perfect Brew
STIR Sticky Chai well to evenly distribute the honey |

MEASURE 1 heaped tablespoon per cup into a milk jug/saucepan |
|
COVER with a little hot water from the coffee machine/kettle |
|
ADD milk of your choice, enough for a latte |
|
HEAT to just below boiling with steamer wand / on stovetop |
|
STEEP for a couple of minutes on the bench |
|
STRAIN into a cup or glass |
|
SWEETEN to taste with a little sugar or honey if desired. Enjoy! |
